DP30 adopts the JTZlink protocol to its electronic performance.JTZlink is one kind of controlling connection module designed for digital cinema cameras, and it is workable with almost all cinema camera controlling protocols on the market(including professional digital cinema cameras, video DSLR cameras and video mirrorless cameras of RED, ARRI, Blackmagic, SONY P series, SONY ILCE, Canon CINEMA EOS, Canon EOS, Panasonic and Nikon, etc). With JTZlink, the above different brand and model cameras can be controlled by one set of controlling devices (wired or wireless )at the same time.

This JTZ DP30 camera cage is specially designed for Panasonic GH3 GH4 GH5 GH5s camera
Compatible with 15mm rail system

Lens holder for relieving some burden for the camera.
Multiple 1/4″ and 3/8″, a cold shoe mount, and extra 15mm rod above extends for more accessories, like camera monitor, led light, EVF, etc.
Arri Rosett mount by side for connecting a handgrip, an extension arm, or any other accessory compatible.
Change the cage frame, you can also make it work with different cameras.
No Affecting on using audio, monitor, USB, etc. There is enough space for connecting.

Built-in JTZlink,supports electronic Focus,Zoom,REC Start/stop

There is built-in JTZlink in the cage when the top handle or side handgrip is connected to the cage, it can realize focus, zoom, and REC starts/stop function. These would be very helpful during taking video.
For Zoom, please ensure your lens is a motorized lens or it won’t work.
Only REC start/stop works for GH3 Camera.
For the GH5/GH5s camera, there needs a JTZ HA-01 Plus adapter or an extra power (a type-c port on the cage for getting power ) for powering the cage to realize the electronic functions.

NOTE:

1. Only the REC button is available for GH3 Camera
2. GH5, GH5s need an electric zoom lens to control the zoom button of the top handle
3. Only the Zoom, Focus, REC buttons on the handle are available for Panasonic GH4, GH5, GH5s Series Cameras
4. There is an Arri rosette lock blocked the battery door in the baseplate rig, but it’s easy and quick to disassemble the camera cage from the baseplate by releasing the locking knob to replace the battery
5. We recommend that you use the AC adapter or power supply battery system to power camera and cage for a long time shooting
